He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Garman and Florence Garman (Schoffstahll); and his brothers, Thomas and Karl Garman. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Garman (Loucks); his daughters, Melissa Kiss (Thomas) of Blanchard, PA, Melinda Garman of Maytown and Michelle Zimmerman (Jay Ronald) of Maytown; his grandson Ryan Kiss; and his sister Nancy Parmer (Gardiner) of Columbia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bainbridge Church of God (7 N 2nd St, Bainbridge, PA 17502). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
