He was predeceased by: his parents, Myra Yerger and Mahlon Groff; and his brother David Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Joan Bickley Groff; his daughters, Meredith Groff Ely and Liz Groff; his son-in-law Michael Ely; and his grandson Jack Ely.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Spacht-Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (127 S Broad St, Lititz, PA 17543).
A member of the Kiwanis Club of Stroudsburg for over 30 years, he served on its board and helped establish its Scholarship Foundation to support local students.
