Though Vicky has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin S. Brown and Ann Brown (Eurich); and her sister Kathleen Rusch. She is survived by: her close friend Steven R. Brewer; her son Brandon Smith (Lettie) of Williamstown; and her granddaughter Autumn Pittman.
