He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. McMinn and Bertha E. McMinn (Gotshall). He is survived by: his wife Jane E. McMinn; his children, Patrick E. McMinn (Kara) of Richmond, VA, Samuel D. McMinn of Lancaster, Brian W. McMinn of Brooklyn, NY and Sandra L. Emery (James) of Harrisburg; his stepsons, Andrew M. Kline (Sabrina) of East Stroudsburg and Logan D. Kline of Mount Joy; his stepgrandfather Patrick; his stepmother Kara; and his sisters, Janice L. Stoner (John) of Granger, IN and Linda S. Waple of Middletown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
