He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Jacob (Donovan); his parents, Andrew Jacob and Catherine Jacob (Rock); and his sister Virginia Williamson. He is survived by: his children, Gerald Jacob (Catherine) of Boulder, CO, Thomas Jacob of Chicago, IL, Karla Comberiate of Columbia, MD and Lora Jacob of Maineville, OH; his grandchildren, Gaven, Michael and Mark; his stepgrandsons, Alex and Daniel; and his siblings, Kathleen Smith (Robert), Dolores Porto, Edward Jacob, Hilda Smith (Bob), Andrew and Catherine Jacob. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
