She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Woolever and Lillian Woolever; her siblings, Lillian Robash, Eleanor Schultz and Charles Woolever Jr.; her husband Richard A. Bonner; and her children, Karen Hamilton, Eileen Ensworth, Richard C. Bonner, Ronald Bonner, Linda Zeitzer, Randall Bonner, Leslie Truver and Amy Bonner. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, well-wishers are asked to honor Cathy's dedication to the support and advocacy of children and families with a donation to the March of Dimes.
