We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2023, at the age of 91, Daniel G. Florent of Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Helen Meraklis Florent; and his parents, Constantine Florent and Sophia Gandis Florent. He is survived by : his sister Toula Florent Stavros; his children, Gus Florent (Barb) of Mt. Lebanon, Sophia Omiros (George) of Uniontown and Harry Florent (Kathy) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Christopher Omiros of Uniontown, Alicia Omiros McCloskey (Keven) of Rostraver Twp, Dan Florent (Kathleen) of Castle Shannon, Melissa Florent Lepore (Neil) of Upper St, Michael Florent of Charlotte, NC, Paul Florent and Sam Florent of Maryland; his great grandchildren, Danny, Rosie, Daisy Florent, Eli, Theo Lepore and Alyse McCloskey; his niece Sophia Stavros Rossetti; his nephew Paul Stavros; and his sisters-in-law, Christina Meraklis, Marie Meraklis and Mary Manios (Frank). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
