He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine M. Oltcher; his parents, Olive H. Oltcher and Alfred P. Oltcher of Mt. Lebanon; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Liberto of Shaler and Patricia Heintz; and his cousin Earl Kohnfelder of Mt. Lebanon.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Barbara Cox of Winter Park, FL, Christine Brown (Tim) of Highland Park and Tom Dundon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
