He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean Formento (McCorkle). He is survived by: his children, Daniel Formento (Ashley), Debra Stewart (Frank) and Darlene Clark (Gregory); his grandchildren, Alex, Natalie Formento, Ryan and Rachel Clark; and his sister Mary Jean Tabacchi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
