He was predeceased by : his father John F. Bittner; and his siblings, Edward Donley (Mary Jean), James Donley (Patricia), Mary Alice Fry (Henry), Jean Thomas (Harry), John Donley (Helen Jean) and Ruth E. Donley.
He is survived by : his wife Margaret "Peggy" McIntyre; his sons, Matthew (Taara) and Mark (Trina); and his grandchildren, Evan, Drew, Shayla and Will. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Paul of the Cross Monastery Food Bank, 148 Monastery Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
