He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard G. Luffy and Sue Luffy; and his brother Richard C. Luffy. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Luffy (Deb), Susan Kemper (Jim) and Mary Beth Hartman (Dick); and his sister-in-law Diane Luffy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
