He was predeceased by : his parents, John Mozelevky and Alexandria Kiebye Mozelevky. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Pfautsch; his children, Helen (Tim Snyder) of Mt. Morris, PA, Claire Campbell of Georgia, John (Christine Bernosky) of Mt. Morris, PA and Daniel (Beth Bernosky) of Mt. Morris, PA; his grandchildren, Codie Snyder, Jeremiah Snyder, John S. Bernosky and Janelle Bernosky; his daughter Mari Bernosky; his grandson Lance Corporal Joshua Snyder; and his siblings, Helen, Ida, Walter and Charlie. He is also survived by 7 Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. (324 Mount Morris Rd, Mt Morris, PA 15349). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens (1290 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, WV 26501).
