As Peggy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Peggy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Peggy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Furman John and Mary Hamilton Lantz. She is survived by: her husband Harold R. Morris; her sons, David John (Tammy) of Waynesburg, PA and Don "Duck" John (Malinda) of Waynesburg, PA; her brother Furman G. John of Waynesburg, PA; her half-brother Stanley G. John of Waynesburg, PA; her son Daniel R. Morris; and her brother Roy John. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc. (197 N Maiden St, Waynesburg, PA 15370). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
