He is survived by: his mother Jeannette Lemley Winaught; his wife Bambi Holland Cox; his stepchildren, James "Billy" Hale and Sarah Schweitzer; his stepgrandchildren, Kingsly Suma, Jeven Dickerson, Chloe Arnac, Caleb Hale, Corbin Hale and Jeremiah Hale; his sister Tina (Thomas Sapp); his sibling's children, Emilee Marie Sapp, Brinleigh Sapp, Thomas, Christopher and Timothy Sapp; and his stepgranddaughter Chloe Zinger.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. (324 Mount Morris Rd, Mt Morris, PA 15349). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
