He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Klem; his child Vaughn Jacobs; his parents, Herman Klem and Dorothy Klem; and his siblings, LeEtta, Lois, Ronny and Joe.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Jacobs (Becky), Shawn Jacobs (Amy) and Danielle Price (David); his grandchildren, Jessica, Erika, Tara, Vaughn Jr., Brandon, Bradley, Justin, Jon, Brent, Shawn Jr., Patrick and Lacey; and his siblings, Shirley, Dorothy, Carol and Sonny. He is also survived by family, including numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
