He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester W. Radke and Cecelia B. Radke (Lubak). He is survived by: his wife Christina "Tina" L. Radke (Powers); and his sister Bernadette Lis (Gregory). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
