He is survived by: his children, Mark Andrews (Denise) and Lisa Kwiatkowski; his grandchildren, Joel Smartnick (Christina), Theresa, Ayssa and Karen Kwiatkowski Jordan Andrews; and his great grandchildren, Jayden and Issac Smartnick.
