He is survived by: his parents, John S. Zylka Jr. and Penny Zylka (Porterfield); his wife Tiffany Zylka (Bell); his daughters, Kharisma, Khalia and Khredance; his siblings, John Zylka III (Jennifer), Jennie Lucchetti (Rick) and Bethany Watson (Michael); his in-laws, Richard and Rebecca Bell; his siblings-in-law, Rachael Broadwater (Jason) and Zachary Bell (Emily); his siblings' children, Sarah Zylka, Luke Zylka, Jacob Lucchetti, Joey Lucchetti, Vinny Lucchetti, Sophia Watson, Domenic Watson, Jackson Broadwater, Kennedy Broadwater and Hope Broadwater; and his goddaughters, Sarah Zylka and Keely Acor.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Masontown Brethren Church c/o 225 Ridge Drive, Mount Pleasant, Pa. 15666 in memory of Benjamin Zylka.
