She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mikolajczyk and Sophie Mikolajczyk (Plazza). She is survived by: her husband Vince Coppula; her children, Catherine Coppula-Curti (George), Jean Kostelnik and Jason Coppula; her grandchildren, Jaime Kostelnik (Brad), Celeste Kostelnik (Shawn), Leigh Hudson (Matt) and Aaron Shumar (Tiffany); and her sisters, Louise Dzambo and Esther Smetak (Bob). She is also survived by sister and brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association at act.alz.org.
