He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Brezina and Carol Brezina; his grandparents, Tom, Elaine Ohler, Henry, Dolly Trice, Dick, Midge Brezina, Bruce and Rose Miller; his uncle Rick; and his aunt Becky Medved.
He is survived by: his sisters, Tara Miller and Lynnette Brezina (Travis Knotts); his stepparents, Allan and Sharon Miller; and his aunts and uncles, Tami, Todd Slingluff, Joy, EJ Poydence, Jennifer Brezina, Theresa Brezina, Donna, Bill Wallace, Bruce Miller and Barb. He is also survived by his family, friends.
