She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoak and Ruth Hoak (Trout). She is survived by: her husband Lee R. Silvis Sr.; her children, Lee R. Silvis Jr. (Lisa), Charlie A. Silvis (Patsy), James W. Silvis and Brian K. Silvis (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Alyssa Westerlund (Nolan), Richard Silvis, Richard Shaffer (Mindy), Randy Shaffer (Robin), Amanda Demagall (Josh), Ashley Viveo (Don), Skyler Silvis, Jessica Lowe (Raymond), Kira Weeks (Shawn), Aizak Silvis and Piper Silvis; and her siblings, Patricia Mayo (Fred), Joan Springer (Earl), John Hoak (Alice), Jeff Hoak (Pam), Rodney Hoak and Leann Hoak. She is also survived by her sixteen great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to the American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
