He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Elsbury and Idella Overly Elsbury; and his daughter Sandra Sue. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia J. Balcerek Elsbury; his daughters, Holly Gannon (Michael) and Dana Elsbury; his grandson Brian Gannon (Kayla); and his nephew Lawrence "Skid" Shaffer Jr. (Cindy).
