He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hudec and Marie Husak Hudec; and his siblings, William, Edwin Dean "Peachie", Margaret, Genevieve, Francis, Anna Marie, Elma and Doris.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Hudec of Norvelt, Jennifer of Norvelt, Brian of Pittsburgh and Darin of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Kristin Fissel (Ed) of Delmar, DE, Nicholas of Norvelt and Ryan (Sahar) of Edmund, OK; and his great grandchildren, Kemper and Brooks Glassman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc. (204 Eagle St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to be made to Norvelt Union Church or Norvelt Volunteer Fire Dept., in memory of Denver.
