She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick William and Emma Pearl Hart (Marsden); and her husband Jack Sleasman. She is survived by : her sons, Dale R. Sleasman (Mona) of Connellsville, Bruce W. Sleasman (Kate) of Youngwood, Barry L. Sleasman (Nancy) of Connellsville and Frederick C. Sleasman of Smithton; her grandchildren, Stephanie Sauer (Derek), Lindsay Jantz (Josh), Charles Sleasman II (Jennifer), Nicole Baughman (Matt), Kaitlin Nolder (Shawn), Paige Butler (Brandon), Dylan Sleasman, Wyatt Sleasman, Cole Sleasman and Haley Comisak (Alex); her great grandchildren, Morgan Ritenour, Jace Baughman, Harper Baughman, Emma Butler, Isaac Sleasman, Maribelle Sleasman, Beau Butler, Jackson Nolder, Penny Sleasman, Elle Jantz, Shawn Nolder, Alaina Nolder and Harlow Baughman; her sister Thelma Lee Zallack of Escondido, CA; and her brother-in-law John Fosbrink of Connellsville.
