She is survived by: her sons, James R. Yezek (Diane) and Barry L. Yezek (Betty); and her grandchildren, William Yezek IV, Douglas Yezek (Emily), James Yezek (Amy), Jason Yezek, Denise Yezek Franchak (Mark) and Karen Yezek Gallick (Chris). She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren.
