He is survived by: his mother Sonia Baez; his children, Alexander Baez (Brittany), Axel Baez, Javier Baez Jr. and Julisalyn Baez (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Manuel, Izayah and Xiolani; and his siblings, Manuel Hernandez, Anabell Sanchez and Sonia Ramirez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc. (204 Eagle St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
