He is survived by: his children, Robert C. Forys of Greensburg, PA, Kimberly Ann Conner (Jon) and Mary Jo Reeser (Darin) of Magnolia, TX; his grandchildren, Bruce Conner (Greg), Joseph Conner, Katherine Conner, Haley Novak, Colin Novak, Dylan Novak and Adrienne Boggs (Forys); and his great grandchildren, Ronan Boggs, Arlo Boggs and Beckley Boggs.
