With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lawrence F. Tate of Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lawrence left this world on December 15, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tate and Rachel Trout Tate; his parents-in-law, Fred and Esther Barber; and his siblings, Gary, Ronald, Donald, James, Robert and Sally.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Barber Tate; his sons, Denny (Diana), Larry (Karen) and Adam; his grandchildren, Hunter (Emma), Hannah (Jack), Rachel Conn (Luke) and R. J. (KarLee); his siblings, Randy (Debbie), Richard, Mary Jo and Peggy; and his siblings-in-law, John, Gene Barber (Hiroko), Janet McElfresh (Rich), Crystal Tate and Wendy Tate. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
