He is survived by: his children, Phillip DeCarlo Sr., Shirley Sofranko (Bob) and Nancy Packe (Eric); his grandchildren, Jillian DeCarlo, Justin DeCarlo, Phillip DeCarlo Jr. (Sierra), Morgan Shimko (Zack), Jack Packe and Chad Packe; and his great grandchild Hunter Breakiron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to be made to Alternatives Yes, 1892 University Dr. Suite 102, Dunbar, PA 15431 in memory of Leonard DeCarlo.
