He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Cunningham (Giles); his children, Timothy Cunningham, Len Cunningham (Kimberly), Kenneth Cunningham (Julie) and Jacqueline Sands (Adam); his stepdaughter Nancy Hartman (John); and his brother James Cunningham (Juanita). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and 1great great-grandson.
