She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Ludwig and Mabel Cross Ludwig; her husband Richard E. Sebek; and her siblings, Norma Nicollette and Chester Ludwig.

She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rick" Sebek (Miriam "Mimi"), David Sebek (Mary Ellen) and Susie Coppula (Douglas); her grandchildren, Allison Willis (Jason), Jessica Toia, Scott Sebek (Hope), Major Craig Sebek (Valerie), Alysia Moulton (Matthew), Amber Coppula and Adam Coppula; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Dane Willis, Kalie Sebek, Abigail Sebek, Mason Sebek, Maxwell Moulton, Riley Baker and Ramsey Sebek; and her sister Lois Thomas (Tim). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
