He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ahlborn and Laura Snyder Ahlborn; and his siblings, Bill Ahlborn (Lucille), Ira Ahlborn (Annabelle), George "Pappy" Ahlborn, Catherine Andrews (Ralph), June Whetzel (Sam), Emma Lopes (Lou), Laura "Snook" Myers, Ruth Lessman (Ray) and Gertrude Brown (Wilmer).
He is survived by: his pets, Lily, Rio and Thor; his wife Susan Wilson Ahlborn; his daughter Patricia Cagle (Ricky); his grandchildren, Nicole Ruehlen, Stephanie Greene, Christopher Quails, Brittanie McCall and Kadin Cagle; and his nieces and nephews, Sandra Anderson (Bruce), Judith Stinebiser, Mary Chedrick (Dan), Mina Crusan, Vicki McKula (Tim), Lou Lopes and Bob Sofranko (Shirley). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Slater Rega Funeral Home (730 W Main St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
