He is survived by: his wife Marlene Cibulas (Forys); his daughter Robyn Josey (Ron); his grandchildren, Abigail Prevenslik (Zack Sheridan), Madelyn Prevenslik, Katelyn Prevenslik and Conner Prevenslik (Grace Finn); his sister Mary Goswick; and his sister-in-law Marsha Forys. He is also survived by several other sisters and brothers-in -law.
