He is survived by: his children, Greg Nichols, Tammy Nichols Crosby and Monty Nichols Crosby; his grandson Brandon Nichols; his caregiver Joanie DeFilippo (Ron); his brother Robert Nichols (Shirley); his nieces, Kathy Blaine and Marcy Ogrinc (Moe); his nephew Doug Nichols (Terry); and his pet Bella.
