She was predeceased by : her siblings-in-law, Francis and Mary DeCarlo. She is survived by : her husband Leonard D. DeCarlo; her children, Phillip DeCarlo Sr., Shirley Sofranko (Bob) and Nancy Packe (Eric); her grandchildren, Jillian Breakiron (Eric), Justin DeCarlo, Phillip DeCarlo Jr., Morgan Shimko (Zack), Jack Packe and Chad Packe; and her great grandchild Hunter Breakiron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
