He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Puskar and Arlene Goughenour Puskar. He is survived by: his sisters, Bernice Puskar of California and Tina Pifer (Adam) of Ligonier; his niece Jessica Williams (Justin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma, Alyson, Clyde and Courtney Fisher (Cody).
