He was predeceased by: his father Charles Sladky; and his brother Chad. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Zimmerman of Mt. Pleasant; his wife Carol Anderson Sladky; his son Justin Hostetler of Georgia; his stepchildren, Daniel Colby (Christie) and Bridget Colby (Mark); his stepgranddaughter Eva Martz; his sister Dana Sladky; his pet Marley; and his aunt Connie Zimmerman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and nieces and nephews.
