She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Mauk (Tom) of Mount Pleasant and Kelly Lesniak of Scottdale; her grandchildren, Justin Greenawalt of Pittsburgh, Katelynn Lesniak of Leisenring, Jacob Lesniak of Mount Pleasant and Brayden Mauk of Mount Pleasant; and her sisters-in-law, Jackie Angel of Johnstown and Gaile Ullery of Mount Pleasant.
