He is survived by: his siblings, Freda Worthy and Gabby Boozel; his wife Rachel Aurand; his children, Cyndee Boozel, Bobbi Boozel (Corky), Lori Smith (Scott) and Kelly Boozel Whitsel; and his grandchildren, Derrick Hobbs (Rose), Dana Parsons (Barry), Dave Briggs (Natalie), Denton Spencer, Kye Spencer, Tiffany Sunderland, Janelle Grange, Michael Boozel (Holly), Anthony Boozel, Tanisha Frace (Rodney), Nikolas Smith, Emily Smith, Matthew Smith, Molly Smith, Leah Smith, Devin Whitsel (Natalie), Gage Whitsel (Taylor), Braden Hancock and Chase Sausman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heath-Anderson Funeral Home (61 E Shirley St, Mt Union, PA 17066). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM.
