We announce the death of Vera L. Jenkins of Mount Union, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 89. Vera will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mahala E Grove (Cramer) and Samuel H. Grove; her husband Robert C. Jenkins, Sr.; her siblings, Robert H. Grove, Verna M. McCartney, Helen I. Long, Erma Jean Smith, Patricia Grove and Samuel T. Grove; and her son Daniel P. Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Robert C. Jenkins, Jr., David A. Jenkins of Maddensville, Cynthia Jenkins of Mount Union and Sandra House (Mark) of Mount Union; her grandchildren, Dustin Jenkins, Danielle Domizio, Kelsey Rhodes, Dylan Jenkins, Kirsty House and Kole House; and her great grandchildren, Dyson Jenkins, Jazlynn Jenkins and Josslin Domizio.
In lieu of flowers charitable contributions in Vera's memory may be made to UPMC Home Healthcare and Family Hospice of Huntingdon County.
