She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Isaac and Marian Hill Isaac; her son Phillip John Seroska Jr.; the father of her children Dr. Phillip John Seroska; her stepfather Rowland H. Lesser; her great-aunt Hazel Blum; and her cousins, David Will, Jill Will and Tammy Will.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Seroska and Emily Seroska; her son-in-law Matthew Howley; her pets, Griswold and Walter; her cousins, Susan Will McNiff (family: Heidi Will DeCoster) and Jane Griswold; and her stepsister Ann Funk.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (316 S Mountain Blvd, Mountain Top, PA 18707).
In lieu of flowers, Judy would be so touched by a donation to Planned Parenthood.
