She was predeceased by: her parents, John Guastavino and Pauline Molitoris (Deconcini); her husband William G. Weeks; her former husband Richard Lee Jensen; and her stepdaughter Kimberly Iasimone.
She is survived by: her children, John Jensen (Donna), Richard Jensen (Diane), Daniel Jensen (Cindy), Linda Jarrard (Harry) and Andrew Jensen (Tiffany); her stepchildren, Gerald Weeks (Debra), Robert Weeks (Jacinta) and Debra Benedict (Shawn McAleenan) of New Smyrna, FL; her sisters, Jean Kubasko (Dennis) of Wilmington, DL and Angeline Kozakiwicz (Stanley) of Goose Creek, SC; and her sisters-in-law, Claire Guastavino and Janet D. McClure of Orangeburg, SC. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
