She is survived by: her husband David Madl Sr.; her children, Donna Kehl (John) of Mountain Top, Dave Madl Jr. (Diane) of Mountain Top, Dan Madl (Mary Anne) of Mountain Top and Diane Madl of Providence; and her grandchildren, Derek, David, Johnny and Halle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Ruth Ann's memory.
