She was predeceased by: her husband Donald M. Houck; her parents, Harold S. Hetzel and Kathryn E. Cain Hetzel; and her siblings, Joan Kutz and Shirley Ann Bartlett.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary E. Houck (Kirsty) and Ken Houck (Lynne); and her brother Harold Lee Hetzel.
