He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel Owens and Ethel Yenser Owens. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cox Owens; his sons, Stephen M. (Susan Owens) of Millersville, Jeffrey T. (Patrice Owens) and Daniel P. (Jayme Oberholtzer) of Mount Gretna, PA; his grandchildren, Karissa, Drew, Garrett, Nathan, Alysse, Kenny, Jonas, Sidney and Scarlett; and his siblings, Patrick, Barry, Eileen, Stacy and Sharon.
