He is survived by: his wife Jill Greenawalt; his children, Christopher (Kristen Greenawalt) and Amanda (Lance Miller); his stepson Matt (Heather Thomas); his siblings, Jeff (Diane Greenawalt), David Greenawalt, Kim Hall and Joy Fowler; and his close friend Kurt Frey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
