With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irvin W. Michael of Muncy Valley, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Michael and Ocie Michael (Phillips); his siblings, Eleanor Shoemaker, Eldora Davis, Shirley Simon and George Michael; and his son-in-law Rick Felix.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Young; his children, Irvin "Bud" Michael (Barbara) of Williamsport, Ronnie Michael (Nancy) of Muncy Valley, Chad Michael (Shasta) of Muncy Valley, Belinda Moser (Dale) of Dushore and Natalie Felix of Muncy Valley; and his brother Clarence Michael (Karen) of Muncy.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home - Hughesville (557 E Water St, Hughesville, PA 17737). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Muncy Cemetery (204 E Penn St, Muncy, PA 17756).
