She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Fuzzy" Breidinger and Gladys Lorraine Breidinger (Stover); her husband Harold E. Sampsell; her brothers, William H. Breidinger, Sr. (Marilyn Alice (Barber)) and James Leroy Breidinger; and her grandson Matthew Curtis Hauke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Elaine Roman (Steven) of Exchange, PA, Wendy Lee Duke (Randall) of Golden Valley, AZ and Tracie Lorraine Hauke of Montgomery; her grandchildren, Benjamin Phillip Divler (Jacquelyn Wilson), Mark Hauke (Courtlan Dycus), Sarah Headtke (Michael) and Tyler Carl Clark; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Mae Divler (Hunter McDaniel), Bailey Makena Divler, Clarissa Marie Divler, Daysa Meradeth Divler and Cayden Alton Hauke; her siblings-in-law, Donna Gamble and Donald E. Sampsell; and her nieces and nephews, William H. Breidinger, Jr., Robert C. Breidinger, James Michael Breidinger, Susan Wagner and Dawn Nickles.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grenoble's (121 S Main St, Muncy, PA 17756). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
