He is survived by : his sister Barbara Eichenlaub of Muncy; his grandchildren, Dakota M. Burke (Ariel) of Hughesville and Brooklynn M. Burke of Maryland; his great grandchildren, Leo and Britton Burke; and his son-in-law Francis Burke II of Newark, MD..

The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions in Chester's name be made to the Son Light House, 130 Carpenter St., Muncy, PA 17756.
