Doris I. Niklaus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris I. Niklaus of Muncy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 3, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Karschner and Margaret Karschner (Harris); her husband Frederick S. Niklaus, Jr.; her son Frederick J. Niklaus; and her siblings, Robert, Calvin Karschner and Esther Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Eugene Niklaus of Muncy, Cheryl Ault (Tom) of Montoursville, Sandra Niklaus Eck (Ronald) of Montoursville and Nancy Michael (Ronnie) of Muncy Valley; and her siblings, Gertrude Hunter of Montoursville, Elsie Eck of Williamsport, Donald Karschner (Esther) of Montoursville, Glen Karschner (Mabel) of Montoursville and Verna Horn (Dave) of Montoursville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Twin Hills Memorial Park (3332 Lycoming Mall Dr, Pennsdale, PA 17756).
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to Susquehanna Health Foundation, c/o Home Care & Hospice, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
